Coastal Scents Neutral Palette Tutorial

The first tutorial of many to come, as promised, using the 28 Piece Neutral Eye Shadow Palette from Coastal Scents! I tried out this new technique, and it’s actually really simple!     Coastal Scents products are very dangerous to your health. I had the palettes tested in a lb the lead content is in DANGEROUS LEVELS and their was a presence of bacterias on the shadows which again are very dangerous to your health and should not be purchased.

    i simply love the way you do your make up…i have the same pallette but i havent really used it because i just dont know what colors to use…well i just wanted to know if they still have that contour pallette at coastal scents?
